Position: Recruiter – Hyderabad, Trichy and Manila
Job Description/Skills Required:
We are looking for young, energetic and enthusiastic candidates to fill our Recruiter role. The recruiter will work on behalf of our clients in the U.S. and Canada to source, screen and qualify candidates for the specified job. The recruiter will have frequent contact with the client and candidates and maintain a positive relationship with the client.

Skills Required:

  • Qualification: Any graduation
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge on OS, MS Office packages and S/W packages
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Inclination to achieve and exceed defined targets
  • Willing to work in night shift
  • Commitment to customer service


Position: Account Manager– Hyderabad Office
Job Description/Skills Required:
Seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our U.S. clients to facilitate communications between the client and the delivery team. The Account Manager will serve as an expert customer service liaison to the client and help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will gather feedback from the client regarding delivery performance, questions or concerns and convey it back to the delivery team. Should understand the client’s requirements, promptly respond to concerns and be able to generate ideas to solve clients’ query on call.
Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (preferably prior experience with international voice process)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge or understanding of basic IT industry
  • The ability to generate ideas and problem solve
  • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Customer centricity
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Prior U.S. IT Recruitment or Sales or BDM experience would be an asset for this role
