Position: Account Manager– Hyderabad Office
Job Description/Skills Required:
Seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our U.S. clients to facilitate communications between the client and the delivery team. The Account Manager will serve as an expert customer service liaison to the client and help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will gather feedback from the client regarding delivery performance, questions or concerns and convey it back to the delivery team. Should understand the client’s requirements, promptly respond to concerns and be able to generate ideas to solve clients’ query on call.
Skills Required:

Job Description/Skills Requirement:
The essential duties of a SME involve every day closure of client requirements VIZ., sourcing, screening and submitting prospective candidates. Mentor and monitor associates on their job and make sure SLA’s are met within stipulated time cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding requirements from clients and frame required criteria for a search
  • Navigate job portals to find candidates for the specified job
  • Follow up with submitted candidates and client until the closure of requirements
  • Maintains resource level communication with the client
  • Provides advice and focus on requirements to associates
  • Make sure due chain of communication is intact with the client by their associates
  • Provide insights on client handling and communication with candidates
  • Mentor associates at Level 1 and liaison with the Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of both active and passive job portals
